RM-2412:

The automatic punch press lower dead center monitor NEW SELBER RM-2412 (2-channel specification) RM-2414 (4-channel specification) tests the lower dead center position of the unloading plate and detects the waste material jumping up.

This machine can track the speed of 4000min-1 and is the most suitable waste skip detector for high-speed precision punching machines.

Specialties:

●The punching length of the stamping machine corresponds to 4 millimeters. (Old models correspond to 8mm)

●Equipped with sensor correction function.

●Compared to the appearance of older models (MB, MXx2), it has been reduced in size by half.

●Can perform high-precision detection. The decomposition energy is 0.5 microns.

●Equipped with the first bounce detection function. (First rebound automatic detection function)

●The brightness of the display has increased to about four times that of the old model. It is also clearly visible in the distance.

●When the fault occurs, the display will flicker on and off. It can be easily distinguished from afar.

Control principle:

Bottom Dead Center Monitoring (B.D.C): Generally, the position of the discharge plate changes when the waste material jumps up in the discharge plate mold.

Detect the displacement of the bottom dead center and detect the scrap jumping up.

When the first rebound monitoring (1st BOUND) spring pressure is extremely high or there is a gap adjustment gasket in the mold that generates waste material that jumps up, the waste material will be flattened at the bottom dead center position and difficult to detect.

At this point, before the waste is flattened, the bottom dead point of the first rebound between the discharge plate and the waste is monitored for the waste to jump up.

The monitoring value BX detects the difference between the previous bottom dead center value and the current value (bottom dead center displacement variable).

Set the limit of this variable to monitor for scrap jumping.

RM-7302,7304:

The color graphic display can observe real-time changes in the dead center. USB memory card can continuously record dead center data. Beneficial for traceability. Featuring high-speed traceability, achieving high reliability with image display and the ability to quickly trace for 2000 min-1 (spm). The original model 1300 min-1 (spm) has a visually distinct monitoring screen using a 5.7 inch LCD display. The numerical value and waveform are easy to observe. Real time changes in the slider can be monitored. By successfully using a new punch, it is possible to follow up on molds and unloading actions that can only be judged by numerical values up to now, as well as sensors and molds. Collecting data/using a computer for simple processing can extract and store dead point value data externally. Record data using a vendor USB storage card, making it easy to carry to the site after recording. The large capacity 128M memory card can record approximately 5 million strokes, and the recorded data is saved in CSV format and can be processed using Excel. Processing data in the office can be used for traceability.
